03 999 -- 11,000 km or so. Got up the other morning to ride to work -- about 6-8 degrees celcius (close to freezing). Fired up the bike with the cold idle lever, no problem. Notice fuel leaking from the feed line from the tank. Doesn't slow down. Shut off and wheel into the barn. Tried to replicate it this afternoon -- 25 degrees out -- around 75 F -- and no leak. Theory -- cold weather caused the o-ring to shrink, allowing fuel to weep out. Even tried to tap/bump/push the metal piece exiting the tank, no leak whatsoever. Dry as a bone! Make sense? Any other ideas? Considering the last month of riding in Canada means cool mornings and hot days, would like to not park it for the season!
