Anyone have any experience or opinions on these?

They have a few models like the "Smart Italia" and "Vintage" which would look great on a Sport Classic. The black and gold X30 would compliment a back in black LE.

I'm interested in the X30.

I've wanted a Roof Boxer for a while, but not being able to try it on first has kept me from buying one. It appears Nexx actually has a dealer in Atlanta, I hope they have some in stock. I like the idea of having a modular flip up face that still retains a chin bar just in case. The flip down sunvisor is nice too. My Caberg has one and I like it a lot.

Web Bike World seems to like them alright:

These look great.

Do not buy a roof boxer until you try it on. I found one on craigslist last year for cheap and i met the seller to try it on and i knew instantly i would never get it - lollipop head.

I spoke to the Atlanta dealer, Eco Moto, Inc.. It's a scooter shop so all they carry are the open face models. They guy I spoke with said he was considering ordering the full face ones too, but was trying to gauge demand first. The Nexx website looks like it has a fair return policy, so I may just order direct and cross my fingers. I just don't like buying a helmet without trying it on.

I met these guys from Nexx at the Northern California Intlntl. Moto Show Cycle World hosted in the winter.

They're from LA, very cool guys and allowed people to try on their helmets. If anything, their sizes were a bit small, so you might have to bump up a half size or to a full next size. I was tempted to purchase one because I really liked how the back of the helmet is angled, and it just made it look alot more sportier than a classic half-shell. Alng with the leather look, they look great all around.

They're very reasonably priced but I figured, I'd hardly wear the helmet much, so I passed.

They'll def. match our SC's overall asthetic appeal. Have at it !!

Hmm. In this style - f you want high-end - check out "Ruby". If you want low-end check out "Biltwell". Whatever you do, don't by the one wrapped in denim.

Note that the X30's visor does NOT lift upwards independently of the moduled front of the helmet, which makes defogging extremely difficuly (and claustrophobic in my mind).

I could have swore those Nexx helmets were way cheaper at the show, than they now are online.

In that case, MOMO, Davida and Cromwell should def. be considered...

All's I know is:

I've never seen an accessory site that had that much flash and web development and yet had so little information. Turned me off immediately.

I totally agree too much site development not enough informative facts about the product. Im in the market for an open face flip top... leaning towards the Cromwell Hurricane. Soon will be ebaying a brand new Davida pudding bowl . Black with silver stripe. Bought it awhile ago... pictures of guys wearing that helmet look classic and "real" . I get it home put it on and look ridiculous.
