Got some new wheels and a slipper clutch. I went with Marvic Penta mags and an Evolutione 10th Anniversary Special Edition slipper. I love both changes. I noticed a bigger change going from 5-Spoke Marchesini aluminum to the Marvics than I did going from 3-spoke Marchesini aluminum to the 5-spokes, or from the stock spoked wheels to the 3-spokes. I didn't really think I'd notice much benefit from the slipper clutch on the street. I was wrong! Way wrong! Not having to worry about matching engine speed to road speed and being as smooth as possible when letting the clutch out during a down shift frees up cognitive processing resources to focus on braking, weighting the pegs, knee against the tank, etc.

The bike's filthy, but here are a few pics.
