Sorry about the bad picture quality but I think you'll get the picture. The final finish coat is not done yet and I'm thinking of adding an upper "lip" to give the impression that the duct is "looking down". It's a bit of a problem though as you have to leave room for the fork tubes

I think they look cool but would be better if the inlet vent was on the same angle as the rad bellow, both for function and look.

New Carbon-Kevlar air duct build process-Part1 of 2

I have attached build pictures. It is a long and tedious process. You start with the original duct and a plastic windshield fluid container and then about 2 weeks later, and after a LOT of steps (I have condensed the process in the pictures) - Voila!
