Right lets start at the beginning, I have a 900s ff, with adjustable clip ons.

But I cant quite get the clip ons at the right settings, I am only able to ride for about 80 minutes max before my wrists lock up.

I have got some new levers on order and a after market slave cylinder to lower the load on the left wrist.

But I am 6ft3 an 112kgs.

So is it,

Better to be flatter on the bars, or steeper on the angle?
Higher up the forks or as close to the tripple trees?

Thanks one and all.

If by "lock up" you mean you are experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms such as numbness and pain I'd suggest to forget the clip ons and start doing wrist stretches. It saved my riding career.

I'm trying to find a link for exercises I've done for golf. Grip and wrist strength stuff. Look in that direction it helps a lot. In reality all exercise helps I've found the more I've gotten my core strength up the more my stomach helps keep me from putting so much stress on my wrists.

I know exercise isn't the answer I wanted either :D Just for that I've got to go make myself run a mile or two! :(
