Need Help With Racing Boots

I have a wide foot size 10, high instep and large calf. I wear the SiDi StreetBurner shoe but cannot even fit into the boot. I'm going to the track this summer and need a good boot that fits. Does anyone have any advice? Much appreciated.

I just ordered a custom pair {big feet} from Z custom leathers. Havent got them yet. They weren't that much more then off the rack boots.
Do you have a photo? How much were they? I'm a little turned off that I have to pay just for a catalogue.
Sidi race boots are for a more narrow foot generally. A* boots are for a more wide foot generally.

I will also say that from my experience the Puma boots are for a more wide foot as well.

While the Sidi boots are great boots, if they don't fit your foot right, the protection that they have built in won't make a lick of difference.

Proper fit is the upmost in importance!
I have the Sidi Vertigo boots. I am US size 10.5, but the Sidi ran small so the size 11 worked for me. I have a large calf, and high instep, avg width. I was surprised to see how much room around the calf area was available with the mirco calf adjustment. So I think the vertigo would work for you, they are a bit wide for me so I use a thick sock.

They take the catalog price off the boots if you order.

Very cool. Thanks. Now to find a pair to try on.
What do you think of the Air Vertigo?
