To just lift the rear
Pit Bull rear stand for the Sport classic
To lift the front
Pit Bull has a dual lift
It can lift at the forks or attach the neck lift and lift from the neck
I use this stuff nearly every day

Been using a harbor freight lift for my nortons. Not sure it'll fit the gt. what's the biggest bang for the buck for lift/jack. Thanks, rick

The best lifts out there !

I've been using a Handy for some 5 years and its the cat's backside . Hydralic, 1,000lb cap, a decent vice and trouble free. I've used foot pump manual units in the past and they are a bit wobbly , rickety for me . The price is right . Its portable and easy to move around ...when I wanna do an extreme clean I rolls it into the alley and have at it ...no sweat . Bonneville ? No problem ..roll it on the trailer ...strap it down...roll the bike onto the lift ..strap it down and your good to go .Check out some of their other lifts..they have a 750lb "sport" version which is all you will ever need and its only around $800 ! THey also have elec \ hydralic lift for those without compressors ...

I bought this. Works like a charm to lift the rear. It comes with enough parts to also function as a fork lift. I haven't tried this yet, though.

My recommendation, buy two of these...

Will this allow you to get both tires off? I like the Andersen too but will it fit the gt1000 w/o removing obstacles to the pin path?

Thanks for all the input. Rick

I just own one and use it as a rear stand. However, i dont see why you couldn't use a second one to lift at the bottom of the forks. Just note this wont work if you expect to remove your forks.

I'll try to snap a pic tomorrow for you. Its the cheapest solution i found that was mentioned on the webikeworld discussion of the pitbull stand.
