My 749 Dark stalls at down shift

Hi my 749 Dark 2005 stalls when I am down shifting from 2nd to 1st going to a stop. This happens intermittently. Sometimes it will happen when I squeeze the clutch in at 1st gear going to a stop. I have taken it to the dealership here in Hawaii and o luck it still does it. I noticed my tach does not match engine speed when I rev the bike up at neutral. It is slow from 0-4000 RPM and would spike up after 4000 RPM to match the engine speed. The bike is also not easy to start it would sometimes take 3-4 starts for it to get idling. Does anyone have the same problems and does any one have suggestions? :(

Same for me but i only happens when the bike is cold. So the first two stop signs from my house it does it but not after that. It starts right back up no problem. If i let the bike wark up, then no problems.
Spend some time exhausting the search feature. I'll bet there are twenty threads on this topic.
ya warm up is a few turns for the start, but you'r stall at lights has me stumped. I've down shifted to stops and as well coast break and in both ways haven't had a problem.

Now you can help us figure this out buy giving more info...

How many miles on it?
Have any upgrades or regearing?
Last time you had your bels tensioned buy your tech?
Have you thought of putting it on a Dyno and looking for "Holes" in the power band?
whats your idle at,should be 1200, dan yours is prob mixture as the bike richens when cold (kinda like an auto choke),marks could be one of many, idle speed, tps, mixture, cam timing etc.
11500 Miles, about 1100RPM, Went 2 teeth up on rear sprocket. Bike is currently at Dealership being diagnosed but those guys have been stomped since its been there for the same problem many times!!!! How warm do you folks warm it up!!!! I did warm it up for 5 min at 150F but it still stalled at a couple stop signs or light. Its intermittent but it stalls at either hard decel or even just at a slow decel to a stop!!!
Is this a normal thing on Duc 749 and 999. I didnt do it when I first got the bike..I started to have the problem after my first service. But I have taken it to the shop to have it diagnosed. I had my 6000M serviced done and will be due for the 12000M soon.
the 100 rpm made a differance on mine, also coils can be problematic(weak or get wet )leading to an engine miss.

5 minutes or so it takes me to pu on my gear. ~150 degrees. Only does this in the morning, throughout the day its fine. If i go for a spin at lunch or when i leave work its fine.
