How long was the wait for those sexy BST’s, @gc6269 ?

They took about 6 months in total. I think mine were the 1st set into the UK. The original pair were manufactured incorrectly. No dramas, these things happen.

I think delivery is almost off the shelf these days.

Well after 8 years of ownership i finally sold my black 2010 1200 Touring, and brought myself a 2021 950S GP white. Great bike, 550 kms on the first day running it in. Handles real nice, very good suspension, lots of electronic wizardy. Only bug bear is the screen and the buffeting.

On Sunday I visited this, the biggest of the six dams that feed the City of Cape Town. Two years ago this dam, plus others, were almost empty during a severe drought. Stringent water restrictions and the return of typically heavy winter rains since then has led to aĺl the dams filling ti respectable levels- a most welcome sight!
