Hey guys, I was just checking the SPEEDTV schedule and I don't see any FIM motorcycle racing, no F1, no WRC. Has SPEED become the Nothing-But-Nascar channel?

Any idea where these series will be aired in North America?

I can't get to speedtv.com from my office, but racing doesn't start until mid March... Are you guys looking at the WSB and MotoGP schedules?

Does anyone who has the MotoGP web package know if the races are stored on their site. In other words if I'm not available or asleep when the race is happening, can I watch it several hours later from their site?

I will buy the package if necessary.

I wonder if anything is offered by WSB?

This is what I was thinking. However, the WRC event the first week of February is most definitely not on their schedule. Of course, if you are into watching NASCAR drivers bobsled, then you are in luck.

The schedule on Speed only goes out to Feb 19. MotoGP begins March 26th and World SBK starts on Feb 25th in Qatar.

Speed has a contract to broadcast Laguna Seca so it has to be on the television. I wouldn't panic; give it a week or two and you should see it all back on track.

What has me concerned is the lack of mention of these series in their lists of programs found at
http://www.speedtv.com/programs/

Normally all these series would be listed with links to a writeup and a list of sheduled airings. Note that FIM motocross is there, as well as German and British touring cars.

Perhaps these are listed because they are airing right now, and maybe the others will appear as they sign contracts? But WRC is certainly missing from the schedule, much to my dismay since its my favourite 4-wheeled series.

Does WSB and MotoGP usually broadcast same day on Speed?

I haven't watched Speed since it was sold and became a super-premium channel on my cable system. Is it worth it is where I'm at now?

Don't think so if you look at the above schedules

Worth getting Speed only for the sake of watching what we like. If you like NaSCAR...

I think Speed is a necessary channel, but I don't have to pay much for it since its only $5 for the sports package of channels on my little dish. Have you compared the prices of dishes compared to cable? Its no contest up here in Canada. Cable sucks!

Motogp.com has the races on there for the whole season. You can go back and watch them whenever. I haven't found a good way to save the video on my PC though so I can watch it when I don't have an internet connection though.
