How Do Guzzi drives work? I don't see the splines I'm familiar with with older BMW and Honda shafties. Do elastomer cushions fit into the side with the triangles?

Cool. Can you get some pics once they're mounted? I've always liked the V-11s. That's probably what I'd be riding now if the Sport Classics hadn't come along.

Those look exceedingly cool! Would they work on a '97 Sport 1100i? And I assume they come in colors, right?

If the wheel specs on the 97 are the same then I do not see why not.
i believe one of the issues from 2001 to 2002 was the wheel width and the customer was conncered with the clearance issue.
These are 5.5" where as the 2000-2001 wheels were 4.5"
These wheels pictures are for going on a 2001 and apparently the width is OK

and yes they come in different colors.
