The beautiful GT I bought yesterday has the DP raised handlebars, which work for me comfort wise. The left mirror keeps loosening and flapping around. I know there are ways to fix this and I'm okay with the stock mirrors, but would prefer to buy aftermarket ones. I love the way the bar end mirrors look but I'm concerned that they will look funny on the higher handlebars. Anyone out there have any pics of this or different mirrors on the raised bars?

Hey there, Google PJ's Parts and see what you think. Pricey, but good quality.
The ones your looking at from customsportclassic would probably look even better on higher bars

Rizoma Class mirrors… expensive but extremely well manufactured

The great thing about the stock mirrors is that you don't have to look down to look back, especially with raised handle bars.

I cured the mirror's tendancy to loosen up with blue lock-tite. I also added a miniature 14mm wrench to the seat compartment, but haven't needed to use it since the lock-tite treatment.

There are less expensive brands. Napoleon bar ends have quality for a lot less. Beware EMGO.
