Agreed, I am considering a "foamectomy" on a stock seat to get a more comfortable seat height. Plenty of reasonably priced seats on Ebay to experiment if you don't want to carve up the stocker. My bud is an upholsterer and I've watched him modify seats on all kinds of things. It's not hard. All you need is an electric carving knife and a a good staple gun (or a friend who is an upholsterer). Personally, I wouldn't go to the expense of suspension changes on your SP to get a suitable ride height.Ideally I would like to have the seat height of the 2008 Hyper.
