Hey guys. I have a 99 M900 that I am going to be taking on a few hundred mile ride thru central NY and the ADK's. Was wondering if any Monster guys run soft side bags that they would recommend? just looking for some universal that work good and don't cost an arm and a leg.

Before I bought my ST4 years ago, I toured alot on my Monster 900 and used RKA soft bags for my gear. They worked ok when it was dry.

I am also looking for a set of bags for my S4.

Looks like Ducati Performance used to make a few types but have not had any luck finding a set.
My issue with most of the "universal" set ups is they just never work right.

I ended up finding a good solution...sold the M900 and bought a customer of mines '04 ST4S with matching hard bags. loving the bike so far!

I bought some universal sport bike bags but I need to make frames or something to keep them from contacting things they shouldn’t.

When I bought my 2001 it had a set of Givi hard luggage. I don't tour the bike so I removed them still have them and when I sell the bike they will go with but they came in handy riding the bike back from Portland Main to Western NY when I first bought the bike.
