It looks like they are the normal type of plates(common with clutch makers to keep the spacing and plate dimensions standard) so you can replace them with pretty much any (except 48 tooth) plates you want. For me the best bang for the buck was through
BLACK LABEL MECCANICA, INC.

They have NEWFREN plates for a really good price. I'm using them on my dry clutch converted 821.

Usually the steel plates last twice as long as the friction plates as long as they arent warped or have burn mark's on them. The outer tabs on the friction plates also wear down. They are aluminum and take a beating as the plates shift back and forth. The teeth on the steel plates dont wear as much because they are steel. If your steel plates are flat, dont have excessive burn marks and are thick enough(usually there will be a ridge where the other plates material wears into the plate when it's time to change them) then you should only need friction plates. It is good practice to replace them all at once but I have seen people only replace friction, if also seen people measure every plate and only replace 1 or 2 plates just to keep them running and spend the least amount of money possible.
