I have one of the brit magazines from a month or so ago (Performance Bikes?) that has the Panigale launch, and also an article where it compares the 888 SP4, 916SP, 999R, and 1198SP.

How many of them did they crash, and which one does the best wheelies?

IIRC they gushed over all the special older models, especially the 999R. The 1198Sp was a bit too much for the street, so much power down low.

1198SP too much for the street? PB was just wanking on about the older models; as you could tell by their extreme salivation over the 999R, they weren't being too serious. Everyone knows the SP has just enough torque for the street, and everything else has too little :)
