Practice.

You want to be sitting towards the front of your seat, lean over the tank, all your weight forward to try and keep the front wheel down.

To work out how much gas you can give it, how much you need to feather the clutch, you just need to practice.

Or do like I heard Colin Edwards advise once.
Adjust throttle to WFO and abuse hell out of the clutch. >

Note, don't call me if you kill the clutch.
