Hey guys I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anybody could give me any good advice or cheap places to find OEM replacement parts. Laid my 08 848 down and the damages quoted from the local dealer here isn't cheap (vancouver bc canada)
if anybody know any good cheap online places that I can find used parts or even new oem parts please direct me to the right place! (besides the classified section here)

The best I can tell you is too look out on ebay, this forum, or possibly an aftermarket company.
One that I have dealt with that is a little higher than the Chinese guys but better in quality is customcyclepros.com. You get what you pay for. If you want a different color or different stickers they will do it for you at no extra charge as long as it is not a copyrighted decal or excessive amount of decals. They will even make different parts different colors at no charge (aka: black front fender, black lower fairing, etc)

Just call and talk to them as they see to be flexible and the colors match pretty good.

salvage bike auctions.

all those parts can be found for a substantially lower price than the dealer on the classifieds here , ebay, and even craigslist.

for the mean time , how about we get some pics of the damage?

You might be able to get an aftermarket sidestand there. My bike doesn't have a sensor, or it was eliminated. A lot of folks do that so they don't have to sit on it while its warming up.
