Hello-
My job might have me moving out to LA for a bit. I am curious, is bike theft is high in LA ? I am a NYer so I don't own a car and not real excited about owning one. I would be coming out there with my hypermotard and that would be my transportation. I am worried if I am going to get it stolen easily.

motorcycle theft in socal, imo, is very rampant. you need to store your bike in an enclosed garage. if you dont have a garage you'll have to chain your bike onto a permanent structure.
