I've had both over the years; a throttlemeister on a K1200GT, and a Kaoko on my V-Strom. The Kaoko impressed me enough that I opted for it again with my multistrada. It works well and I happen think it looks more suited to the ducati. It's a quality item and looks factory on the bike, a very clean and OEM looking install. The thing that turned me off the go cruise is how limited the real estate is on my throttle...I have big hands and they cover the whole throttle grip and I wasn't about to share real estate with the go cruise.
