Yes, John!

Greetings.

Brett H aka (Motophoto) and myself are here!

Still Love your Calzones. I wish I was able to make the meetings more often!

Check out the attached pic. I have a few others like it.

Other than a couple of Terblanche haters, this site is the best! Love it!

...In Olathe

I'm out here, too. Haven't been able to make it to any MADOG meetings, but will hopefully attend Mario's BBQ if it is still on this year. September?
Any of you ever get together for weekend rides?

We should probably have the moderators move this to the Midwest section.

Sorry, to have taken so long to respond.

***Shelter has been changed***
from 14 to 3, the same one we had last year

Tickets are available now from Mario, $10
day of BBQ- $15

if you want to help out, drop a note back to [email protected] or contact Mario

a small number of "Mario's" t-shirts have been ordered, let me know if you want one reserved

Ciao!!

Due to work & other commitments, I haven't made too many of the meeting lately. John can probably fill us in on these since he is such a good host. God I love those Calzones.

Do you know about the Yahoo board for Madog? The site is: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/madog/

It's not very active, but you can set it up to forward any message to your email whenever something is announced that is happening.

A group of guys meet at Johns on certain Sundays of the month to ride to Cassoday. The first time I had a chance to do the ride a couple of months back, it rained, so Dave W. and I met at the local gas station & talked Desmo for an hour instead.

Brett aka Motophoto is kind of our Plaza ride coordinator. He is a regular KCPlazasportbikes member. Usually, Saturday mornings you'll find a Ducati or two there.

I would like to see more group rides from Letko or John's. Also, 150 miles or less for those of us that can't spend the whole day out riding all the time.

Donald, I was getting ready to email you. It's been beautiful out. I rode JJ, EE & H (The hwy's between Liberty and Excelsior) this past Sunday.

Have you been cruising the twisties on 5 on the new bike?

I'm going to have to wear my Ducati.ms shirt to a Monday meeting to try & get more local posters in the Midwest section! This is a good start. Besides, Brett & the rest of us in this thread, there is also a fellow I met on here, Patrick, from down in Wichita.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the BBQ.

Dude,

I thought HWY 5 was fun on my Monster. My gosh, the 749 is so graceful on the twisties. I am amazed at the ease with which the 749 handles. It makes me want to get out more!

I'm reviving an old thread here, but I have been trying to find some info on the Desmodromiclub of KC. I live in St. Louis and if you guys have a big Saturday event, I would be interested in riding over. Where can I find some info? There doesn't seem to be much Ducati stuff going on in the STL, so I have to expand my horizons.

Greetings. Andrew is Ksucio on here if it is the same Andrew I know.

Mario's BBQ is a 'must attend' function. You will see more Ducati's at this event than any other during the year.

Out here in Raymore, Mo.
Welcome, Damon. I'm moving out to Lee's Summit, so I'll be fairley close soon.

BTW, for both of you, John aka Pizza, hosts a wonderful Monday night get together once a month. Unfortunately, I have trouble making it on Monday nights usually; however, the food and company are fantastic!

Well, good to see all of the KC riders, but damn, I was hoping to fish out an STL rider or two. I'll have to ride over soon.
