I'd like to know how they fit inside helmet and hows the noise isolation.
Engine noise isn't problem i love the sound of my bike>:). I've been using alpine musicsafe pros to cut wind noise down to reasonable levels.

I’m waiting for the titanium or cf version. Seriously, though, I tried them years ago and liked them as they do let some sound through, making it easier to have a conversation. They stick out pretty far and it may be hard to fit a helmet.

I’ve used some from Etymotic, the MK5s. There was less noise a great clarity of audio but I can only wear them for short periods of time. I have small ear canals though and may not be a good sample of comfort. I e read many others using them in a helmet with plenty of comfort.

I wonder what the NRR is?

I personally don't wear earplugs, just because my helmet seems to cancel a lot of the noise for me, already. I am, however, a very avid trap shooter, and just use the trusty rubber "Christmas tree" shaped earplugs from Walgreens, for shooting. Those $33 aluminum plugs are nice, but I know how often I lose my $2.00 plugs. ?

You will hear sirens, horns and plenty of other sounds with ear plugs in. When you get tinnitus like a bunch of other members here now have you will think a super early warning of sirens was not quite as important. <img src="http://www.ducati.ms/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Wink" class="inlineimg" />

I may give it a try. Thanks. That has always been a concern for me.
