It's a scam!

I wanted to buy a new pair of Daytona boots and placed an order with a website called daytonabootsusa that was selling them at 50% off. I thought they were closeouts or something like that. Nope.

As soon as I sent payment on my credit card, I IMMEDIATELY got a call from my card issuer asking if I had just placed an order in China. Uh, what? No, I did not. Daytona boots are made in Germany.

I know the site you are looking at is the same outfit because the website layout is identical. Don't do it. I cancelled my card right then and there. You'll also notice that the payment processing page is not https. Unfortunately, I didn't see that in time and could have saved myself some aggravation. They're probably selling cheap knock-offs.

Good catch on the payment page!

I figured it was too good to be true, but there's always that hope that you've found a gem :D
