As per the title, does anybody know if there a difference between the ST2/4 frames and the 900ss frames?

All advice gratefully received.

No difference between ST frames, but a 900ss frame is very different.

ST frames are like monster frames of that era with a vertical rear shock & the 900ss uses a different swingarm & a diagonally mounted shock.

I haven't, but a friend who isn't on here has a cafe project in mind. If it comes off I'll try to keep you all posted.

Sorry to be a pest, but pictured above are a couple of 750 SS's, customised by Wrenchmonkees and Kiel Kustoms. Their frames look different to the SS frame pictured above. So, were 900SS frames different to 750SS frames? Or did SS frames evolve over the years?

Wrenchmonkees definately modify the frame. the other looks to have been modded too. The carbie SS frames are slightly different to the injected frames but like others have said the ST frames are totally different
