Is the ECU that comes with the Termi exhaust kit programmable? Going a different route with the exhaust along with some other upgrades and would like to have it dyno tuned afterwards.

Yes is it easy to do say like a power commander no. But using TunerPro
you can change the ecu map and it can then be loaded into the ECU.

I am curious if there is a difference with the Termi ECU between the 2 into 1 and the 2 into 2 shotgun style on the Paul Smarts and 06 mono's?
