is it possible that if a pcIII is mounted next to the ingnition coils (or other electric pieces on a sport classic) that there is some electric failure?
i've mounted mine under the fuel tank on the right side and get some strange side effects.
the pcIII is working but now and than is seems that it's not working properly and the engine is stalling.
i wrapped it in alluminumfoil and it seems the problems are gone then(not sure yet, have some testing to do)
is this a common effect with coils and electrics?

Yes that certainly is possible. Coils can create electronic interference that might possibly interfere with your PCIII if they were too close together.

If the foil doesn't work, try wrapping your helmet in it.
