So last night I was replacing my old clutch packs and decided that for good measure I would bleed the clutch. After successfully bleeding the system I noticed that directly below my clutch MC (right behind the microswitch cluctch pump) small air bubbles with clutch fluid were starting to build every time I pull in the clutch lever!!!!
see picture below:
I checked the lever free play and noticed that it would only happen when I fully pulled in the lever. I have Pazzo levers on the bike (been there for about a year or so w/no problems and a long time ago I extended the clutch actuating pin so the clutch engages a bit easier.
Is my MC fried? According to the manual this is not a serviceable part (only a replacement can be had) so I ask...wtf?!
Any help or tips you can provide are appreciated.
Sincerely
