Hi All!
I'm the happy owner of a 2012 Monster 796. I love the single swing-arm look. I plan to keep it for many years.

Not to belittle the greatness of Ducati, but I already have an issue with the used bike. Running at freeway speed for, maybe, a half-hour, the check engine light would go on. I learned here I can just cycle through the menu to find the error code. Super! I'll give it a try. I hope this tells me why the engine misfires in the 4-5k rpm range.

Brand new to the forum too - good evening everyone. I have a 2012 796 Monster also. Love the bike but have a problem with the electrics. Front and rear lights come on when I turn the key in the ignition, but the instrument panel/cluster is dead. I’ve had it checked and there’s no fault. Checked obvious connections. Anyone experienced anything similar? Could anyone help please? Best wishes, Chris
