Getting ready to put my 999 back together and I have questions about what to use.
According to the service manual:
"Apply sealant to the points (B)
indicated in the figure [cam journal] so as to ensure
the coupling is tight.
Lubricate the camshaft head tracks
with graphite oil."

"To improve the tightness of the
shaped gasket, apply an even bead of
sealant on both sides of the head at
the points indicated by the arrows"

Questions: Which sealant and which graphite oil to use?
I want to make sure all the mating surfaces are clean, correct? any recommendations on the best way to do this?

Thanks for helping me again. I want to get her together and running without leaks!

Threebond...

I would use threebond liquid gasket as used on crankcase covers etc, my valve covers have this without any gaskets and don't leak.
