Is it possible to install ABS and TC on a M1100? Feel assured knowing that I have it to use should I ever need to.

It is theoretically possible but it would take a ton of time and money. It would make more sense to just buy an M1100 that came with ABS

you would need an ECU, loom and sensors from a bike with it that matches the existing connectors in your bike, particularly the fuel injection harness for the TPS, injectors etc. then you need to be able to mount them which means likely modding your fork legs and swingarm to accept the sensors and the trigger wheels need to be on the wheels.....

Time to upgrade to a bike with T/C and ABS std.

Which possibly also means replacing wheels/axles to mount the wheel speed sensor, right?
On top of, if you consider deriving it from the 1100 Evo, which has it all, the engine is still different enough that ECU software is different. An you will surely need to replace the ECU to accept the new sensor's connectors.

Wheels and axle should be fine, the wheel speed sensor mounts to the forks and swingarm, which might actually cost more to swap out than the wheel.
