I found this in my basement and haven't had any luck figuring out which model engine it is.





The engine stamp reads tb91007705.

It says ducati so i assumed it as a ducati.

Any information would help. TY

Also might be looking to sell it.

It looks like an ST2 motor - water-cooled, but with fins.

I am sure it would need quite a bit of going thru. One that already runs and is complete goes on ebay for 7 to 8 hundred. The ST4 motors would be worth more. Since the mileage and condition are unknown who knows?

What would a motor like this be worth? The only thing i know about it is that it was in the basement when i got here.
That would almost only be desired by people with an ST2, or for some funky modification project that someone may want to tackle. Some folks out there like to stuff the ST2 cams in their 900SS engines.

That would look good cleaned up and turned into a coffee table or end table in the living room, though. Hmmmmmm......Where are you located?
