No idea how to get these things off. Is there a paint I can use to paint over it with that will withstand the high heat from the pipes or is there a more effective way to get these ugly stickers off?

Cheers,
Daniel

If it's the standard Termi "T" sticker, it's backed with foil. Comes off with a heat gun and some lacquer thinner.

If they pipes are fairly new, you can just start the bike and let the heat warm up the pipes and remove the stickers that way.
follow it up with some goo gone or some WD40 to remove any sticky residue.

If the pipes are a bit older, you might notice the paint underneath to be a bit darker leaving a outline of the former sticker.
The Termis are coated in matte black paint that seems to fade a bit quicker from UV light (no clear coat).

If you find this to be true, you may need to have the whole thing repainted/recoated (if that sort of thing bugs you).

Just a word of caution. If you plan on repainting or coating the pipes, then using WD40 will cause the prep-work to be more of a pain. WD40 penetrates the very top of the surface, and will make it hard for anything to stick later.
