I might be mistaking it but it seems that the Streetfighter's frame is powder coated. I wonder if there is some techniques and/or cleaning solutions I could use to bring the frame to a brand new look.
Yes. It's painted. It seems like it's a single stage paint. I would only clean it with soap and water, or a spray detailer. A non abrasive liquid wax will also help to clean the surface and make it look like new.
