I took off the 15mm nut and slide the 6" engine mounting bolt out the other side and it gets stuck on the last 1/2. The damn thing won't some out. I tried taking the weight off the bolt with a jack under the engine and still no success.

I'm trying to put on Speedymoto frame sliders....that is why I am doing it.

Any ideas?

Here is someone else having the same problem....but taking the weight off of the bolt with a jack is not working.

Got it off....yes the jack thing works...but you really have to crank it up.

ARGH! Nope. You knock it through with the frame slider rod! That way everything remains supported. Out with the old and in with the new all at the same time.

I have a couple long, thick phillips screwdrivers that I use for that same purpose when removing or installing a motor and I'm not ready to put the bolt through just yet or I need to support it for whatever reason.
