Ok, so its very simple. I am getting the bodywork painted and want to have some opinions on which way to go. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for the help.

Meh, that's not true at all.... Do the FILA (I'm the only one who voted for it). And because I'm the only one that posted a response, you HAVE to listen to me... FILA!!! :D

I going to go out on a limb here and say that paint or color choice is a personal preference, just go with what you like. No one here really cares what color your bike is, they care what color theirs is.

If you can't make a decision, flip a coin or something. A poll is stupid, consider also that people may pick the worst choice just to see if you're dumb enough to do it.

Xerox has always been my favorite. But get the tail right, that always gives it away.

If you're going to do a replica like you just posted you might want to think about just picking up the pieces for that particular bike, unless you go with the Breil. In fact, on eBay right now is both sides of a Xerox bike from a 999R and they are carbon fiber to boot. There's an upper too but it's bashed so you could get yours painted to match or find another.

I would take a look at the Motion 999's too before you pick one. The tri-color Motion that is on EBay right now is the best looking 999 I have ever looked at.

The old one

Here's what I had before, just a few years ago. Since then I got rid of all my plastics. I love the Breil one, just don't have the extra coin to do the red wheels and wonder how it will look with the black wheels, maybe if I do a red stripe around the wheel. Love the Fila but its the same thing, don't know how it will look without the wheels done with it. The Xerox is sweet, but that's what everyone has. I'm still lost.

Check out Rod at Cutgraphix in AUS. He's offering $50 off each kit if you buy a small tiny Laurel Wreath decal for about $6US.

I think his Xerox kit might be $300 or $350. Take $50 off, have your body shop install the graphics and clear over it all- that is unless they're really good and can do it all cheaper without the decals. What will you do for the windscreen decals?

I voted XEROX by the way ;)

I think you should really be different and create your own race paint scheme...
Pick whatever logos you want on there....

Maybe you could throw some sponsors like Enron, AIG, Victoria's Secret, or Viagra on there, etc...(okay, just kidding)

Yeah, Cutgrahpix is where I got my old kit from. Bang up job! Kit was picture perfect I thought. My girl bought me the Breil body kit off of ebay, the cheap stuff, but at least I can see it on with the black wheels and see if I like it. The plan all along was to get it from CutGraphix and then just clear coat over it so it lasts forever.
The reverse Xerox kit looks sweet! You did an awesome job on it. I just don't have the ability to clean it very often or easily, so white is out for me.

Thanks for the help!

Makes me want to paint my dark!

I had a Breil sticker kit for about a year, then had it removed. Now it just stays black. Racing trim is cool, but can be tricky to pull off. I like the Xerox as well. But why not make your own race team and sponcers..lol ? Product you like, places you've been... just lay it out like the Xerox. Have fun with it!

Yeah, I hear ya. I just saw a Xerox kit put on a black bike. Nothing changed, just put right on. Looked pretty nice. Still has me confused as ever. Might just go black and ride it and have fun.

If you wanna go cheap, paint it black and throw on the red white and green barcode decals like on this bike:

That and a few others would look nice.
