I am a bit confused on a few things.

What are the differences between two singles and the dual FCR kit?

I am asuming that "spigots" and "short manifolds" are just different words for the same thing?

Do the FCR dual kits sold by Sudco come with short manifolds?

Thanks in advance for help.

The dual carb set up is a pair of carbs linked together similar to the stock set up and is designed to use the standard intake manifolds and airbox. This is a much simpler install and nets most of the gains available from the FCRs, mainly throttle response.

If you are looking for ultimate performance from your two valve carby and don't mind a little Mc Givering under the tank by all means go for the single carbs on short Malossi manifolds. You will be ditching the air box and will need to come up with mounts for the coils and ignition boxes. The big pod filters are not cheap either. Lots of folks have gone this route so you will get plenty of help around here.

The FCRs are a great mod which ever way you go.
