Hi gents,
Greetings from the Sport Classic forum, I am in need of your help, I have a Sport Classic with horrible (please don't laugh) Marzzochi non adjustable forks and I want to change them to 749/999 showa fully adjustable forks so that my eyeballs can take a rest from the bouncing.

I have spoken to Lester Harris of Harris Performance and he will make me up some yokes (triples) accommodating the 53mm 53mm fork tubes but we need to know the distance between the centre of each fork tube at the top (the yokes they currently make are for racing with the corresponding geometry change). This is so that I can use a 749/999 front spindle and corresponding Marchesini wheel.

I know the brakes will be different and I have the correct 65mm axial 4 pad calipers ready and waiting.

The rake and trail will be as per my current yoke so I won't upset my geometry.

Your help is much appreciated.

Regards Nick1000:D
