Does anybody else have a problem puting the ST4S in neutral or is it a normal situation with it?......I have to try at least 4-5 times before it finally gets into neutral, and by then the light turns green.

I had problems shifting in general with my 04-ST4s when I first purchased it. It turned out that the adjustable shift lever needed adjusting.

I have when the clutch was in need of a good bleeding.
Change out your fluid and be sure you get ALL of the air out of the system. You'll be glad you did.

I had the same problem with the '02. The '04 has been fine.

mine is harder to get into neutral when it is cold... when coming up to a light i usually shift into neutral before the bike comes to a stop
