Not all Supersport based cafe racer/customs work out, as the trellis frame doesn't easily support cafe racer lines, but I think this guy got it dead right.

Looks like a fun, easy project. Basically an SS with some Monster bits tacked on. I wouldn't go lauding it as a superb professional cafe racer - it looks amazing, but I'm quite sure any decent wrench monkey could toss that together in a few weeks by mixing and matching a few parts.

That is my favourite kind of cafe racer - the pure, homebuilt one. Not some blingy hipster money pit.

Personally I would not have chopped the tank. Pointless extra work in my mind.
