With recent mechanical issues with my Y2K 748, It has became painfuly evident that the if I'm planning to keep this bike for long time(which I do), I have got to be able to to perform simple service on my own, or else go bankrupt.

upon reviewing my $2750 bill from Ducati, I could easily saved at least $250 if I did some of work on my own - Such as oil change, filter change, Plug change, resealing and left side engine cover - and would saved MUCH more if I was willing to do some internal stuff as well.

So what good service book do yu guys recommend?
Soneone once told me this is good one to have:
http://www.deepdiscount.com/viewpro...ng&srccode=cii_13736960&cpncode=23-39110196-2

Which I'm planning to order, but if there are other service book out there, I'd like get my hand on it as well..

I'm going to give this a huge +1. If you are going to work on your own Ducati this book is a must have.

I have Haynes, Desmotimes and Ducati service manual and all are good but find the Haynes manual to be the most useful.
