Gaering calculator spreadsheet

I found a spreadsheet for doing this on the web. I have uploaded it to the technical files section. The spreadsheet lets you see how changing a tire size can impact your speed and you can save one for each of your bikes.

Where is the 'technical files section'? I've looked and cannot find it. I have a similar spreadsheet and was looking for a place to upload it, but was unable to do so.
