fuel filter

my dealer changed mine at the 7500 mile service. so i changed it again at the 15000 mile service, witch i did my self and saved a whole lot of cash. its right on the fuel pump. just drain the tank and remove the fuel pump. its pretty straight forward. be sure to clean and lube the big o ring on the fuel pump when putting it back on the tank. the dealer did not do this on mine when they changed it and it leaked. thats how i found out they changed it. and dont go crazy when torquing down the fuel pump bolts. the shop manual calls for 5nm's on these. i remember reading a post were someone spun the insert when torqing down the bolts.
