I’ve had a recent realization that my life priorities have changed putting riding at an all-time low on that list. Couple that with a sudden lack of interest in riding results in the desire to sell my bike. This is by no means a negative of this particular machine. It has been wonderful so far, to the point where I haven’t been able to find a suitable replacement.

So here it is… 2004 Ducati ST4s. Currently at 32k miles (dash replaced at 13k, with 19k on odometer). I am the second owner; purchased from a guy on Ducati.ms. It’s in beautiful shape but hasn’t been babied so has a few chips and such. All of the fairings and body work are just about perfect. There is one flaw on the pannier where it was gauged by another bike’s lever (according to the previous owner) and the mirror ends are scuffed from trying to move close to the garage wall for Winter storage.

Mods include the following (all stock parts are also included):
Remus
  • Exhaust
  • Brake Tech front rotors
  • Sargent Seat
  • Cycle-cat open clutch cover
  • Tech-grip tank sides
  • GPS/accessory mount from Ducati Designs
  • Zero-G smoke, stock replacement windscreen
  • Zero-G smoke, touring windscreen
  • Open Air-box
  • Muzzy aluminum fan
Recent Maintenance:
  • Valve adjustment - Winter 2012 (I have all the measurements documented)
  • New cam belts - Winter 2012
  • Replaced fuel filter and internal tank lines - Winter 2012
  • Replaced coolant with Engine Ice - Winter 2012
  • Clutch rebuilt - Spring 2012 (all parts from Desmo Times)
    [*]Hard anodized basket
    [*]Stock replacement hub
    [*]Surflex clutch pack
    [*]Springs
    [*]Slingshot (red) pressure plate
  • Oil/filter change - Spring 2012
  • Sprockets and Chain - Summer 2011
Wear Items:
  • New Michelin Pilot Road 3 front (just had this done last week)
  • Pirelli Angel ST rear (about 2000 miles)
  • Front brake pads are still good; rear are also good but squeal a little (I have a full set of EBC pads (front/rear) to include)
See clutch and chain above

I’ll also include all of the tools used for the valve adjustment:
  • Shim kit
  • Digital calipers
  • Closing Rocker Depressor
  • Rocker pin extractor
  • Forceps
  • Feeler gauges
  • Cam Belt tensioner wrench
  • Desmo Times Maintenance Manual - a little beat up but still usable
Asking $6800

Located in Endicott, NY. Upstate, just West of Binghamton. I can provide more pictures upon request.
Thanks for looking, Dan

If you have been watching the Ebay auction, the winner is a fraud so the sale is being canceled and the bike is still available.

thanks, Dan
