Thinking it may be time to sell my 749 with 10k miles, as i'm not riding it nearly as much as Moto Guzzi V11. Perfect dual duty street bike track day bike. I did 2 gentle track days (i'm 51) at NJMP and it handled very well. This bike started out as a Dark and when i bought it 3 years ago from the original owner who had it custom painted. Never been down.
I've done the following modifications since:
-aluminum monoposto subframe and tail
-added Ohlins steering damper
-had Markbilt install Ohlins 30 mil kit in forks
-upgraded rear shock to 749S shock
-added rear height adjuster rod
-Oberon clutch slave cylinder
-Aluminum rear sprocket (still has 75% life)
-Carbon Termignoni system - both cats removed
-Power Commander III with custom map
- MWR air filters
-Feracci clip-ons, raise the height about 3/4"
-Carbon front fender, rear hugger, air runner covers, key guard and ignition cover, heal guards
-Stomp grip tank pad
-Shorai Battery

Idea was to get the bike under 400 lbs. Depending on who you believe for the OEM weight, i think i'm there. The subframe and battery alone saved 15 lbs. Paint is very glossy and in excellent condition, but not perfect. Pirelli Rosso Corsa tires - rear is new with only 200 miles on it, front has about 2,000 miles on it with 50% tread left. Belts and valves were done at 6500 miles.
I'm not highly motivated to sell, but if someone showed up with $5700 at my door step, i would find it hard to say no. Bike is located in South New Jersey near Philadelphia. Please send PM if interested - thanks!
