Hello. Can anyone who has access to a service manual tell me what is the correct oil level for the Showas on a 2001 900SSie?
On the earlier generation bikes, 108mm was correct, however these forks are different in dimension. TIA. jon

Try 531cc/108mm. The forks are the same part numbers right up to the 2002 model. The part numbers change for the 2003 1000DS. Assuming of course that you have original forks, not some bastard made up from different bikes.

Depending on your weight and what spring you are running, I would recomend a level. Off the bat 100- 110 mm will be fine. (5W)
