anyone else have to swap out theirs, front to back or side to side? I found the Phillips screws so tight that when attempting to loosen it, it snapped my Snap-on screwdriver. I swapped the footpeg rubber on left side 'rider' position for the pillion rubber.

Yep on my ST, you may need to take them off to get a good go at them initially, Use an impact driver with a well fitting bit, and some neva seez on assembly, of course you can move them front to rear etc

Is there anywhere to get new rubber? Mine are nearly completely worn out.

I had the same issue on finding replacement rubber. I just bought a set of good stock peg/rearset off of ebay for about $35 out the door. I think the rubber insets are discontinued.

I replaced all of mine a few years back, screws and all.
I just ordered stock replacements from my dealer. No big deal.
