hi, i am thinking of fitting a set of snap-on termis, with the ecu change. has anyone done the same? does it improve the engine performance at low and high rpms, and was it worth the money?
or is the sprocket change just as good?

Slip ons some say are just as an effective performance producer as full systems. There are a few threads here about members replacing their slip on systems w/ full and not gaining much extra HP. You can search these. However a Termignoni exhaust kit (slip on muffler, ECU and filters) will give you a nice sound and a better performaning bike at half to a third of the cost of a full system.
A sprocket change will also give you the immediate feel of extra horsepower. Not sure what bike you own. I have a 999 and run a stock front 15T and a 41T rear up 5 teeth over stock. Could go 1 more really. If you go bigger on the rear you might run into the chain being too short. If you change the front to a smaller sprocket, say a 14T or down 1 tooth from stock you won't have to buy a longer chain.
