No. 100 of 300, according to Edwyun's FE Registry has been "retired". The seller states it was bought as a spare and never used. Guess he figures he can get more for it by parting it out. I find it puzzling.

In late 03, early 04 I almost bought a pristine 1,500 mile FE from an older gentleman I believe out of the Chula Vista area of California. I opted instead for a newer and considerably cheaper SS. I still like the bikes in that they remine me of the old style evolving into the new. The silver paint, flat side fairnings and mono tail was cool. I tried contacting the old guy a couple months ago and was unsuccessful, he told me at the time he was undergoing cancer treatment. He really had a love for bikes.
