Fitment.. perfect!

Welcome to the forum!

Yeah apparently the Section 8 guys agree with you on the Zard:

I actually just bought a full titanium Termi system from them and it's dope. Really opens up the bike. And of course it sounds like a Ducati should ;)
The Zard is nice all around,i would have considered it when I was exhaust shopping if it would have been available!
Great ... post some pics too!

Did you also install a PC3, do anything for fuel management or just plug n play?

Right now i am running the stock program, I have to take it back in my wrench is on. I took it in just before 600 miles so when i got it back ofcourse the wrench lit up. Yea maybe on Easter i will have some extra time to get the laptop outside and the quickcam to up load the sounds and photos.

WHat do you guys recommend for the programming, I plan on changing out the filters also. BUt not much more engine mods

THe wrench actually comes on at 10,000km, which converts to about 621mi.

You will probably best off installing the PC3, as not only are you likely to squeeze out a couple more hp and optimize fuel delivery, but also greatly improve the throttle feel.

Lots of Zard owners coming back very pleased with the build quality their exhaust ... I look forward to seeing one "in the flesh!"
i found just a 0 map and then fattening the midrange one to two bars took care of the lean condition just afrter 4000 rpm.two many variables with down loaded maps(like rich lean idle settings on the ecu follows the whole fueling curve)

Pssst...add another "0" on the end of that : )

I whole heartily agree with you guys. I've been heartily following Jasons thread on the Termi's VS. the Zart with great interest. I might just knuckle under and order one. My only concern is I'm an Air force guy who has to get his bike through U.S. customs in one year when I return to the states. They might be real thorough with OEM compliance.
have had my Zard on sice February, no ecu cahnge, re-mapping whatso-ever, great system , bike runs runs sweet....best exhaust for the buck.

Other Ducatisti have seen and were amazed at the look and sound, pictures on web site just don't do it justice......well done GP Techinca, finally an exhaust for the masses who don't have termignoni pockets!

Here is a Vid of the exhaust and some sound also. Ofcourse the quick cam Mic does not do the zard any justice. The systems sound is very deep and really does sound like music

It is an avi and there are two choppy sections....ENJOY!!
All I had was sound...no video!
G
Yea i had the same problem had to open it up in quicktime.
LOOKS and Sounds good. Also I saw on Leo Vince's website that they offer new header pipes for $189. You guys think that these might actually help in Sound?
Performance?

Will removal of the cat affect the ecu?
