Just a reminder...if you just want to drain the fluid from your bike and leave it on the carpet of your office...take it to Erico for service. But, come to think of it...they could still screw that up and, with all the fluids drained, it would still have an oil leak???!!!! Their new motto should be..."Follow the oil in the road to Erico" :D

Man, companies should really keep the power of "internet justice" in mind when dealing with enthusiast. I cruise around the Audi/VW forums and I just came across a thread on how a company that treated a customer poorly, on a very little issue I might add, got totally raped with missed sales and a bad image. Interesting article in Business Week a couple weeks back about how some companies tried to ignore blogs that were aimed at their company. They got screwed so bad they now have to participate.
